Shipping Information

  • Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within hours of confirmation.
  • Delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
  • Free shipping is available when the order minimum is met.
  • If multiple items are shipped to the same address, we will combine them into the fewest number of boxes for safe and efficient delivery.
  • We can only accept one shipping address per order.
  • Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or international locations.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

Order Errors

If there is an issue with your order, please report it within 3 days of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept reports beyond this period.

Product Freshness Guarantee

At Sweet Cakes Shop, we are committed to delivering the freshest snacks to your door. Every product we ship has a minimum of 2 weeks of remaining freshness before its “Best Before” date.

Product Damage

We take extra care in packaging to prevent damage, but if your items arrive broken or damaged:

  • Report any damages within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • While some breakage may occur during transit, we will work with you to resolve significant issues.
